INTRODUCTION - The Ultimate identification with the fundamental essence of the churches or of the spirituality by no means means that we are in tune with every thing that is done there.
Renowned theologian K. Rahner writes:
“Authentic dogma in the Churches is something that absolutely obliges me. As a Christian and as a theologian, with a certain anxiety of mind and heart, I must ask myself - not infrequently - what is the true meaning of an assertion that the Magisterium of the Churches upholds as dogma, for give my assent in an honest and peaceful manner.
Throughout my life, I never thought it was impossible. With respect to these dogmas, I have come to realize, clearly, that they can only be fully understood when their meaning becomes evident in the line of openness to the apophatic mystery of G’d, knowing, on the other hand, that they were formulated under specific historical conditions.
These dogmas inevitably end up in a kind of amalgamation which, in fact, does not belong to the content of the dogmatic declaration and which can even lead to a misinterpretation of its content. It is also because these dogmas are formulated as linguistic regulations which, in order to be faithful to the reality to which they allude, must not always remain the same, even in the same words with which they were formulated.
Things are different when it comes to this or that teaching maintained by the teaching profession as a civil servant, presented as binding, even if it has not been "defined". I believe that, for example, neither the basic argument nor the teaching authority of the churches which, in fact, are used, offer a convincing and compelling basis for accepting the Catholic doctrine discussed by Paul VI in "Humanas Vitae". The same is true of the assertion of the Christian Catholic Congregation of the doctrine of the faith according to which it seeks, in principle, to exclude the ordination of women, as something to be applied in all eras and in all cultures."(cf. “Scriften” XIV, 1980 AD).
••• So let's see one of the dogmas in the light of exegesis and hermeneutics:
SELECTION OF A LINK AND A DOGMATIC THEME ON JUDAISM AND CHRISTIANITY
• I SUGGEST THE BLOOD TABOO:
Footnote "u" in the Portuguese TEB, Ecumenical Translation of the Bible. Translation for Brasil and for Portugal, etc:
Acts of the Apostles 15:29:
"Western variant: ... to refrain from contaminations of idolatry, immorality and blood (homicide), and not to do to others what they would not want others to do to them (some witnesses omit "of immorality") [....] The absence of "asphyxiated meat" and the presence of the final "golden rule" (see Matthew 7:12) invite to place the prohibitions on a non-ritual level, [...] but moral: "immorality" would therefore have a very general meaning and "blood" would designate a homicide”.

“The decrees concerning choked meat and blood are the subject of contemporary controversy. In the first century, these decrees served to appease Christians and today they are the subject of intense and passionate debate. Blood is considered, in the Old Covenant, as LIFE (Deut 12:23). The blood of animals was required by God in the Mosaic covenant to make atonement for sin (Lev 17,11). Thus, the so-called ceremonial law required that the Jews value sacrifice and not trivialize blood (Lev. 17.14 This practice, of course, was not common among the pagans (Gentiles). Therefore, these rules were the unveiled rules. Unless demanded for the Christian Gentiles, so as not to scandalize the christian Jews. According to Moody, this regulation was disclosed among the non-pagan churches as a means of salvation, but as a basis of fellowship [1].
In order to avoid scandals and to maintain communion between Jewish Christians and Christian Goyim (Gentiles), Shaul or Paul recommended to follow the conscience, that is to say to eat meat without asking for anything (1Co 10.27 -28). But if anyone found out that it was meat sacrificed to idols, he should refrain from eating because of the conscience of the other (1Co 10: 29-30). The Pauline letter sums up: “Whether you eat or drink, or do something else, do everything for the glory of God. Conduct yourself so as not to scandalize the Jews, the Greeks, or the Church of God” (1Co 10.31, 32). According to this Pauline principle, the believer who wants to abstain from sacrificed or suffocated blood and flesh must do so for the glory of God and not to consider himself superior or more spiritual than others.
To conclude, we assert that idolatry and immorality are among the theologically called commandments of the moral law and remain in effect (these decrees are indisputable), choked flesh and blood are part of what has been agreed to do part of the ceremonial law (these are before the Torah and its formal time in the Mosaic sacrificial context and the subject of current discussion). Those who do not agree cannot eat anything with blood (“rare” meat, meat in brown sauce and “chorizo”, for example). Anyone who understands differently, absolves his conscience and sees no harm in eating. However, there is a consensus in both schools that blood should not be drunk. Regarding the outcome of this council, Williams wrote: “In weighing the two principles, that of liberty and that of obedience. The result was the triumph of love” [2].
And in Paul's opinion: "So if food scandalizes my brother, I will never eat meat again, lest my brother be scandalized" (1Co 8:13).
